I feel it was very unfair to increase my premium from $### to $### simply because I filed a claim due to my upstairs neighbors water heater leaking down into my unit & damaging drywall & carpeting. The property mgr of the upstairs unit accepted blame and assured me that it would not cost me anything. However that proved to be wrong!! Due to the above, I am unable to obtain the same coverage from another ins co. at a reasonable cost for 3 yrs!!!
