As a customer, I felt there was more follow-up that I needed to do to make sure the claim was moving forward.

Matt is handling another, much larger and more complicated claim for us; this one, due to low limits was simpler and faster. Throughout that claim and this claim, Matt has been very professional, pleasant and empathetic. He has made a very unpleasant casualty and complicated situation as tolerable as possible and has avoided adding more stress to the situation.

Extremely satisfied. Randall walked me through what was needed and I received prompt attention. Follow up was excellent!
