The adjuster/claim officer never followed through to explain the charges of the claim. I have made several calls to him and left VMs. I was charted with the co-payment when the fault was at my neighbors. They didn't follow through or force the neighbor to pay for the damages to my property. The insurance company does nothing.
Our response: We contacted our policyholder for additional feedback. We used the feedback provided to improve our customer service practices.

Sorry for the delay. I got names of three contractors and the job is being completed today. He signed off on the estimate, gave me a senior discount and a military discount and did the work on both decks. It's safer now to use. Thanks for all your help.

We had mold discovered in our house where we had to vacate. I tried to call Charles three times and no reply. We got the reimbursement which seem low. No communication from Stillwater during the stress and events was very frustrating.
Our response: We contacted our policyholder for additional feedback. Our policyholder did not respond to our request. We reopened the file to handle mold estimate that had not been addressed yet.
