We were pleased with our adjuster and the woman who went "to bat" for us to get 30 day occupancy clause overruled, to provide us funds to cover water damage. Our total dissatisfaction was with the agent who not once but twice sold us the incorrect policy. He did not listen to our specific needs when we told him we closed in April & moving in July.

Our claims adjuster was oustanding in every way - she explained all aspects of the process thoroughly and clearly, and her manner was professional, pleasant and patient.
