I was trying to file a claim for my roof IF it needed one filed. Somehow this process was derailed and a claim was filed for some related, but unccessary items. I am now in the process of withdrawing that claim. I should have been consulted before this claim was filed on my behalf.

Mr. Douglas and Mr. David worked on my claim in a very professional way and I don't have any complaints. The check received will not cover my expenses. It's my first claim and it was kind of disappointing. I hope they will not increase my premium, otherwise I will have to find another insurance company.

Joe was both professional and personable. He explained what the process would entail, and kept me updated from start to finish. Tom, the onsite claims worker, was also professional and nice to work with, keeping me updated with his needs in order to finalize the reporting. Both Joe and Tom were exceptional in my opinion.
