Even though my claim was overall good with one exception my replica model of a 1873 45 long Colt, that gun "(revolver)" is worth $X. It was in a collectors series, only 11 was made of that model, also had a hair trigger on it, designed for fast draw artist. I was way under reimbursed for that revolver! That check for $X barely covered the cost of my cash that was stolen.

Lotte is a credit to customer service and Stillwater. I have trained & worked customer service. She is exceptional. Does a great job! It's unfortunate it took a few days for local adjuster to come to our home. It would be nice if contractors got paid by Stillwater instead of having to send checks to mortgage company for endorsements - delays the start of work as I don't have that kind of available cash. However because Lotte did such a great job made up for it!
