It was very difficult to get in contact with the representative from Stillwater. I am still unsure of what/how much money I owe and to whom. Everything has been handled and I am ultimately satisfied with the results, however there was a lot of confusion and communication issues.
Our response: We reached out to our policyholder after reading this survey and discovered that our customer was no longer confused. The issue had been resolved.

The claim rep was horrible. Never reponded to questions. Has little knowledge. Tried to play husband/wife against each other. Not responsible/helpful. Mgr. didn't get it either.
