Even though my claim was overall good with one exception my replica model of a 1873 45 long Colt, that gun "(revolver)" is worth $X. It was in a collectors series, only 11 was made of that model, also had a hair trigger on it, designed for fast draw artist. I was way under reimbursed for that revolver! That check for $X barely covered the cost of my cash that was stolen.

Lotte is a credit to customer service and Stillwater. I have trained & worked customer service. She is exceptional. Does a great job!
