I appreciated the quick resolution without taking a lot of my time. It showed a real effort on your part to be helpful and fair - not just a focus on squeezing me as a customer - an experience we encounter all too often these days. Thank you.

Haley did a fine job, but I would not recommend your product based upon how much it depreciated. The "replacement cost" was allready too low, and then the items were devalued another 75%. This resulted in a check which will not even begin to replace my items.

Am cancelling my policy and would not recommend this business.

While very dissappointed with replacing my stolen items, Jasmine let me know "in advance" what to expect per the policy limits toward replacing items stolen. It is what it is. I must accept the terms and do thank you for foing whatever possible under my circumstances. Ron (Inspector) was very nice and professional too. However, I wish he was more thorough about what to expect after he visited my home. show less

To this date everyone that I spoke with from Stillwater and the estimators that came out have been great to deal with. I was disappointed with no follow-up advising me that my first adjuster had left the company though.
