Weeks later, we still haven't received a phone call & a policy cancellation letter wa... show more After having an adjuster come out to inspect the damage we were told it would be at the most seven days for the claims rep to call us and let us know our next step. Weeks later, we still haven't received a phone call & a policy cancellation letter was sent to us because we have a trampoline, (apparently noticed while inspecting the roof damage), before any other communication about the claim (which is none) came to us. We received a check, still no phone call, or a letter to explain what the check amount is supposed to cover. So far, we are completely unimpressed with the way this claim has been handled. show less

I am overwhelmed with paperwork. Too much, too soon, not enough time to do everything in time required. Trying to deal with flood damage, flood people, pack our people, contractor to rebuild & ALL paperwork & till maintain (survive) daily lifestyle.
