I'm a little confused as to why the check was made out to me and Sun Trust. I found it very inconvenient and so did the second bank I had to present the check to. Otherwise all went well.

We left several messages, countless phone calls that were not answered or returned to discuss the unsatisfactory decision made on behalf of the claim rep and a very poorly skilled, inexperienced field adjuster. We have been very unfairly treated and since we cannot get anyone to return our calls, are going forward with filing a complaint with the Arkansas Insurance Commission.
