I wouldn't recommend Stillwater Insurance to "anyone." I have been mistreated, lied to and taken advantage of. I've been through a lot of unecessary trauma! I put my claim in January - now it's almost middle of March and my ceiling still has a hole in it, but y'all made sure that my deductible was paid. Also I do not appreciate how Stillwater sent out an adjuster unannounced on Saturday, March 5, 2016, VERY unprofessional.

I tried getting a hold of claim rep a few times and heard nothing until he called me. That's the only negative from the experience. Might be because voicemail system is weird.

There were various people that I spoke to who were either very helpful and unhelpful which is why I put "yes" & "no" to professional treatment. No one seemed to be on the same page as to how to proceed with my claim. One person said "wait" to get a contractor and save my receipt and then others said wait and told the contractors to "wait" which exceeded the time needed to fix my walls and rug.
