They were helpful. I just felt it took too long for a decision to be made and therefore my claim was accepted 2 months after I made it.

I will be contacting a private adjuster as well as the insurance commission. The claim payout is not acceptable. I was given nothing but the run around since the claim was submitted. I was told that the value of the claim was what was taking so long! I'm completely disgusted.

After having an adjuster come out to inspect the damage we were told it would be at the most seven days for the claims rep to call us and let us know our next step. Weeks later, we still haven't received a phone call & a policy cancellation letter was sent to us because we have a trampoline, (apparently noticed while inspecting the roof damage), before any other communication about the claim (which is none) came to us. We received a check, still no phone call, or a letter to explain what the check amount is supposed to cover. So far, we are completely unimpressed with the way this claim has been handled.
