Originally I was told nothing was covered which was upsetting. However the claim was paid in 2 months so that is reasonable.

No one called me back to explain anything. I got a check in the mail, no explanation as to what it was covering, no call back when I left my number was told a letter would come in the mail to explain. I still have not gotten a letter nor a return call.
Our response:
We contacted our policyholder and discovered that the letter had been returned. We verified the new address and resent the communication.
