There was a discrepancy in the beginning whether the claim would be more than the deductible BUT when we decided to go ahead with the filing it took 2 visits to our agency and at least 8 phone calls to Stillwater before an adjuster visited (who, by the way, was very nice and professional). There is remaining balance of my personal laptop damaged. They won't refund the money I wanted, like to get the money for it. I moved my insurance. I called you 5 times trying to get hold of someone so they can help me out. Still no one helped me. I am done with this and am going to Yelp as well.
