I never received communication regarding the claim for my house despite calling and emailing multiple times. My neighbor's garage was handled quickly but I could not get any communication about my own house. I cancelled the policy due to this.

A tree fell on the roof, damaging the exterior and some of the interior of the house. The process was very long, approximately 3 months until we received two checks for an amount less than the cost of the entire work. The insurance refuses to pay any damage to the interior of the house.

At the beginning of the claim, contact/communication was exceptional. Ericka was fantastic with keeping in touch with me but seemed to be ignoring the contractors and other companies that helped with the cleanup. Originally, it seemed that things were moving along at a reasonable pace, but then took a month with little to no communication on how long it would take or why.

Took too much time to get this done from 4/17 to 6/10 and not contacted about the matter was not professional when talking too. And with an attitude. An inspector that came out to the house too. Have this insurance a long time from 2015 to 2025 and never had an issue or a claim til now.
