The only reason I said yes to the first question is because they were polite. But everything else was poor. Trying to get a hold of the adjuster was terrible. I had to call multiple times and sometimes it took days to get a return call when he said he would call the next day. I wasn't satisfied with the amount of the claim. $599 to fix a ceiling a joke one at that. I would like a response.
