I felt like I did not know enough to even start a claim and then after a few weeks was told that the claim need to go through our car insurance. Had to send HOA two times not sure why it was not received.

Morris was not responsive, respectful and poorly represent Stillwater/Connect Family Insurance Company well. I called many times and left messages, Morris never called back. No reply to emails either.

Sorry for the negative! But this is how I felt when I got the survey. Two page attachment summary: You have taken my insurance payments, on time, never late. I cannot understand you paying for ceiling water damage from the roof and roof not covered and it is only 6 years old. To prevent further loss, I paid B&S Home improvements $365 to tar patch spots they found to be cause of leaks, they sealed and replaced vent boots and I paid them $365 to repair. Now I expect to be paid in a timely fashion and for the northwest roof triangle as only roofing and gutters were left that damaged and not paid to us. Reply expected. show less
