Adam is very helpful and professional. Most of the checks were sent directly to the providers, except one was sent to me (and payable to me). A bit confusing but Adam explained that it was for the asbestos inspection and I have to pay it to the asbestos inspection company. I also hope that you sought some compensation from the HOA because their water valves did not work either.

Adjuster never returned my call or respond to my email. Had to follow up multiple times. Also not satisfied about coverage provided for the damage claimed.
