Farrah has been great however see below on field adjuster. Our claim is still pending so we can't rate excellent; the field adjuster did not seem knowledgeable AT ALL on his estimates. We had just bought top of the line quartz countertops in Feb 2017 and he noted on his report that we had the original countertops and said we should only receive $700 for them (we told them they cost a couple grand - ocean storm quartz countertops - they are still found online. He also quoted us for baseboard removal and putting the damaged baseboards back on when the original baseboards were thrown out/severely damaged. show less

We contacted our policyholder, and we are issuing a supplement to resolve the dispute in repair costs.
