After several calls to Stillwater they kept stalling and then sent a letter said they couldn't cover the claim. Bob was most professional and great to work with. He understood I couldn't live in desert without A/C.

Was rude when called back after field adjuster had come to the house. Actually stated "I'll get to it when I can, we are busy and under staffed." This claim took 4 weeks to complete. A voicemail was left on a Supervisor line, however he never returned a call. Will be looking for coverage with another company. Would not recommend to anyone.

Based on the glass company they wouldn't recommend putting the same type of glass back into the door because they didn't think it was safe. I believe the insurance company should have told me the same thing regardless of what they pay.
