I would rate '0' if that was an option. Almost no communication. Treated terrible and by far worst experience of my life.
Our response: We called our policyholder to discuss his claim. His policy included minimum limits which resulted in him having to stay in his home during some of the demo. We counseled on appropriate coverage.

Difficult connecting with adjuster, no contact from agent before closing case. HOWEVER after I called to reopen claim they both were fast, professional and very helpful.
Our response: We contacted our policyholder for additional feedback. We used the feedback provided to improve our customer service practices.
