After explaining that my husband David have not lived in the house since June 6th of 2014 it seems like I'm being looked upon and treated as a culprit. I've been treated with less than respect. I was even told that I would have to go and repurchase all item loss before being fully compensated. If I was able to do that, there would be no need for insurance. I don't think I should be dictated as to what decision I should made. Will be looking to changing ins. co. show less

When benefits were paid, they included the lienholder, which seemed unnecessary (just about all damage was personal property). Incorrect lienholder, making benefits a total cluster-f*** to access. Still waiting for this process to be resolved. Thank god, this wasn't part of a natural disaster. I feel this could've been handled more expediently. show less

The communication was very slow and frustrating. I could not email with her directly and when I would leave messages it would take days. When I spoke to contractors and realtors they found your process crazy. When I move I can confidently say this process has made it so I will find new insurance. show less
