As with all insurance, we have to tolerate rate increases but ins. didn't doesn't seem to want to pay what the repairs cost, then they don't cover fences, sure the process is easy and the staff is nice, but I still feel like the storm damaged the house and ins. doesn't fix it as much as it just bandages! "Opinions are like armpits...everyone has them and they all stink."

Ms. was very professional and courteous and explained my claim and coverage to my understanding. It was a very hard time for me at the time of submitting the claim as I have never had a previous claim and didn't understand what was going to happen to my roof so to have it explained and handled professionally was a great thing to me.
