I just want to say that my adjuster Rochell was excellent in helping me get through this unfortunate situation. Her attention to detail was fantastic. She made this process for me and my family very easy. Her working extra hours (including the time change) to assist was amazing and again very appreciated. Thanks, Rochell you're the best!!

Ciara went over and beyond. She was very professional during the entire process. Excellent customer service skills and very thorough. The adjuster that came out to my home was excellent as well. I had a great experience with your representatives.

You people don't care how we live without our kitchen. Thank you for the bad service.

I just don't understand that insurance company - their payments don't cover roofs entirely. Cost me a lot to replace the roof. How do you cover partial roof?
