It took almost a month before I was denied, then I requested an onsite adjuster and 3 weeks later, I was finally able to settle. That should have been the case from the start. I had a roof inspection by a roofer who said the shingles were discontinued. I provided that paperwork when I submitted the claim initially. I will never use or recommend Stillwater. I have used another company for a hail claim and it was settled within weeks. show less

After the roof adjuster visited, Stillwater went silent. I had to call and call, send multiple emails to get responses. I felt completely ignored and disrespected by the company.
