My phone calls were not returned in a timely fashion. The first document I provided the desk adjuster was the bylaws of my condo, proving they were not responsible for the damage to my personal property. After what I thought was progress being made, she called and said my condo's insurance was responsible for the damages. If that was the case, (which it wasn't) why should she tell me long after the process was almost finalized? I felt she was intentionally delaying or attempting to deny my claim outright. I spent too much of my time fighting for what was rightly due to me, after this unfortunate event. show less

Overall handling of claim can only be a 3 because of time to complete claim. First call to insurance company was July 12. Final check was received late Oct. (date of check was Oct. 18). It hurts us financially because we had to put money out of pocket for 3 months. Most people could not do that!
