Only issue took 3 days to get a hold of the adjuster to get a rental car...other than that completely happy with the whole process. We still want to stay with Stillwater Insurance after having a major car accident! Thank you to everyone!

It is Oct 19th - wind damage is from July 30th. No new roof - still no approval on supplement. No help - drywall damage increasing costing us more money! All of Aug over - all of Sept over - almost done with Oct - still no roof replacement or plan to get it done despite us and vendor reaching out.
Our response: We contacted our policyholder for additional feedback. We used the feedback provided to improve our customer service practices.
