Just surprised of the 1% of house value cause of wind or hail. I live in Bullhead City, AZ and the casino's are 2 miles away across the river (Laughlin, Nev) and we had a natural storm that blew out windows and closed down the river walks, so before we started they took out $2,900.00, other then that very happy. Thank you.

There was very little communication. I called or emailed more than 5 times with no response. I was originally declined but never informed I was then approved (Thank you!) and told to call back. I called 3 times before being called back. You IVR is terrible. Your handling of transfers is terrible. Your company is one of hundreds...nothing special!
