The person in charge of this claim has consistently made mistakes on the address and date of the claim. They also tried to tell me the policy was not in effect on the date of claim. The policy was in effect until 12:00 am on 9-8-18. I am still waiting for payment on an additional claim for this same property.

The adjuster did not seem like he had a grasp on the amount of work or costs of hiring professionals. But the agent did have a good handle on it. Our claim was taken care of quickly - and since it was rental property it was important to get our client back in her home. Everything went much smoother than I expected, eliminating a lot of the anxiety associated with things like this.

My only complaint is how even after a field technician came to my home and assessed the situation we had to get a contractor to come and look at it to write up a thorough statement. That may be normal but overall it was smooth and we appreciate your work and the experience. show less
