Structural loss claim handled very good. My personal property items (other than appliances) still not done. It was submitted two months ago. I request to expedite this part. My claim adjuster, Chris, is very helpful and very cooperative person. I am very happy the way handling my claim.
Our response: We called our policyholder to discuss the delay on the personal property claim and he understands the delay.
