My adjuster explained how my claim would be handled to my contractor not to me. He was pleasant but sort of left out of the conversation. Note RE: My house insurance. I am not happy at all with the over $200.00 increase amount in my insurance. I feel that amount is out-of-line. I am 82 years old and on a very limited Social Security and $957.81 takes 1 1/2 months of my yearly income. Who can afford such a large increase? Not most seniors! Can I pay this in 2 payments - 6 months apart. show less

Structural loss claim handled very good. My personal property items (other than appliances) still not done. It was submitted two months ago. I request to expedite this part. My claim adjuster, Chris, is very helpful and very cooperative person. I am very happy the way handling my claim.
