The worst experience ever! We were handled very purely, were pushed left and right for about 4 months at the most needed time. We are switching to somebody else ASAP and hope to never deal with you again.

I do not feel that an adjuster has the right to come in my home and take pictures from top to bottom when the problem was the kitchen island. "Without permission or explanation." This time the problem was in the media room. Why did he take pictures of my kitchen? Why was the adjuster late with his report? Rep told me he had 7 days to respond to her and she had another 7 days to respond to me. The dates of loss was 29 Aug 18. I received the check to make repairs @ 13 Oct 18. Now what do I do about the mold that grew for almost 1 1/2 months? Rep told me, in a latter, that the adjuster was late with his report so I had to wait because of his error? The unprofessionalism these two showed me was uncalled for! show less
