My choice of repair shop (Maaco; Orlando, FL) required "nine +" weeks to complete restoring my car into great shape. The first week and sixth thru ninth weeks rental at costs came out of pocket. Not your fault; you paid 4 weeks of rental car cost, but the nearly $3,000 on top of deductible paid made the experience a bit more expensive than I had planned. Hence the "4" rating.
