I was frustrated with how many reps there were to each process taking 12-48 hours each. We switched agents twice without notice as I just go bounce back email. I had to pay $1.5K out of pocket for a rental car because the process took 7+ weeks.
Our response: We contacted our policyholder for additional feedback. We used the feedback provided to improve our customer service practices.

There was a delay in handling my claim. My case was passed to different agents until my case was resolved. Had to wait a couple of weeks to resolve.

So disappointing to work with several people/agents at Stillwater, repeating myself about the vandalism and no conclusion. It's ridiculous!
Our response: Our policyholder's complaint is in regards to an old claim which is an open vandalism claim. The policyholder is represented by an attorney in that matter and therefore we are not permitted to contact the policyholder directly.
