Claim is still not complete as of 12/22/23. Still waiting for countertops and cabinet doors.
Our response: We contacted our policyholder to review their comments. The delays in this claim were caused by the contractor hired by the policyholder and not Stillwater's claim process. Repairs are complete now.

Felicia was very slow and disappointing in getting back to us. Always an excuse - we had to call daily to try and get results after a month went by. It wasn't until the supervisor Jennifer stepped in to get this claim completed that we were satisfied. Very poor service starting from day one June 4, 2024.
