To expect receipts for stolen items in order to get an accurate reimbursement is absurd and very offensive. I am an honest man who earns an honest living who spent an honest amount on those things. I signed and swore what I said was true. I cannot even replace my gold clubs.

On July 12, 2024 I emailed copies of receipts for my claim. I have received nothing from Stillwater. I have called numerous times and have never been able to speak to Alicia, nor has she ever called back. Nobody else can give me any information. All my neighbors have received their reimbursements and I have no idea what is going on. Not a great way to treat a customer. I am 80 years old. My husband is 83 years old and disabled. We have just survived the trauma of escaping through a burning building after being awakened at 4:30 by horrifying screams. We have had to live through the displacement from our home and living in a hotel for 10 days. Then we had to move back into a smokey building and smelly apartment, have everything cleaned that could cause me to have an asthma attack. I make sure to pay my premiums on time and am now left wondering what is going on with my insurance reimbursement. You are causing me unnecessary stress and anxiety which I definitely don't need at this time. show less
