To expect receipts for stolen items in order to get an accurate reimbursement is absurd and very offensive. I am an honest man who earns an honest living who spent an honest amount on those things. I signed and swore what I said was true. I cannot even replace my gold clubs.

There was a very disappointing lack of communication from Stillwater throughout this entire process and we are still awaiting reimbursement for multiple topics discussed over the phone and by email over the last three months.

First call never returned. On 8/2 had to review forms. Will call back by Tuesday. 8/9 I called and was told a message would be given to her for call back ASAP! No response. I have no idea what's going on with my claim.
