I had never been through such an experience. It wasn't "tragic" like many of other claims you may have, but it was handled like a breeze! Everyone that has come to my home have been thorough, polite and a pleasure to meet. Thank you so, so much.

There was no communication at all. Then my check was mailed regular mail. That took almost a week so I had to go 3 days car less.

Alan handled the claim very well. Not happy about the increase on the policy before the claim, too over $800?
