Vague w/o much explanation. No explanation of adjusters quotes only a random check showed up in the mail. No explanations and $ amount no where near matched the adjusters explanation while he was here. It was 100% up to me to initiate any and all communication throughout the process.

My claim was routed incorrectly from the getgo to the wrong dept. Sam was my adjuster - he was wonderful and helpful and treated me like a human being. Often called Sam for help when others wouldn't help me. Unfortunately when my claim was finally routed to the right dept (weeks later) someone else became my adjuster and it was the worst customer service experience I think I've ever had. He hadn't reviewed my case and refused to read the copious notes I prepared. He was rude and responded to none of my emails despite my asking for help from him. Finally, his manager, Janet helped me. Because of this experience, as soon as this claim is resolved I will switch carriers. show less

She intimated that I was filing multiple claims and had received money for my roof previously. She was far from the truth. Her tone was rude and accusatory. My claim was sent back to the Claim Adjuster that came out surveyed my roof for a readjustment for my roof that has hail and wind damage. show less
