I asked for the page from my policy that states personal property is covered by named peril. I do not understand how I asked for full coverage insurance and am not covered for my personal property loss. Who wrote policy and why would I want that coverage. My adjuster rarely called me back after I left messages. Was a very high stress time and I was left all alone to deal with it all.
Our response: We contacted our policyholder for additional feedback. Our policyholder did not respond to our request.

We loss more than we got pay for because of the coverage, there need to be something that we could do to improve that so we can get back some of the value for our loss.
