Casey and the Serve Pro team were professional, respectful, and very prompt and helpful.

I want to thank Vanessa. She answered all my questions, was very professional and very good at her job. She is an asset to your company. I have owned 6 houses in the last 50 years, paid all my premiums on time and never filed a claim till now. Vanessa was a great help to me. She is the reason I will stay with Stillwater.

They had me going out getting estimates and doing the leg work for them and when something was beneficial to the insurance company they jumped on it. When I submitted an estimate for painting they were unrealistic and came up with a [expletive] number insufficient to do anything. I've hired a contractor to handle the supplemental payments and work etc. Yall should sell used cars instead... show less

I am so grateful that I am with Stillwater. David is outstanding. David cares about my property. David cares about me. No one could do a better job, no one could assist me through this devastating loss, with more skill and aptitude than David. In this time of adversity, I appreciate having Stillwater by my side.
