With those circumstances, it took 3 days for adjuster to come out, 2 more weeks for someone to call me back, despite several messages, and 4 weeks in total to pay out for damages. Additionally, I found out at that time (4 weeks after the flood) that my association insurance will actually be responsible for most of the damage repairs. Stillwater took 4 weeks to communicate this info to me, and now I have to start all over with the claim with condo association insurance. In the meantime, we have to live in hotel for 1 month and counting. Additionally, when I bought the coverage, it was explained to me that I would have coverage for living expenses in case of loss of use, when in case of this claim I did not. Horrible nightmare of an experience. show less

[Claim 1 of 2] The person who handled my claim was very professional and sweet. She was patient and quick to respond when needed!! She landed up sending my check to the wrong address so she verified and made sure she had the right one. Her check got here before the other one were she had to process it twice due to wrong address. I recommend her to anyone!!
