The only way I was able to get any communication with the claims adjuster is when I made a phone call. My emails were essentially ignored. This is my first ever claim and one is not aware of what is the process? The claims adjuster should be far more communicative and clarify the typical process properly, so I know how to best prepare and proceed in the circumstances of a claim. show less

Dick was very thorough explaining the process of the claim as we have never filed a claim before ever. When I called and had questions he returned my phone calls promptly and was also very courteous. He made the process very stress free for us and we are grateful we have such a great insurance company with such great employees. Thank you.
