The claim went smoothly. However, my estimates to repair this correctly total $10328.20. Understanding Stillwater will not pay for wear and tear on the roof, there is still two companies that need to be hired with estimates of $2145.67 and $3187.53 due to asbestos being present. I feel Stillwater came up short on the settlements.

Ridiculous coverage amount. I live in Manhattan not Arkansas - prices are much different here - I will have to lay out $5000 to get my floors fixed!
Our response: We contacted our policyholder to explain that flooring prices are driven based on zip code and that she can submit new information for review.

I believe the claim inspector should have looked more deeper to assess the outside damage. He did a thorough inspection inside. Since I had to get my own outside inspector.
