This was my first insurance claim process so I naturally had a lot of questions. Ann was very receptive and available throughout the process. It was also a tense time as I had my computer stolen in the middle of my law school application process but Ann was reassuring in being able to get my claim filed as quick as possible. I really appreciated her help throughout the entire process!
