The only negative comment was the fact that we had to continuously follow up w/ adjuster for updates on claim and next steps. The timelines of the field adjuster actions were an obstacle to moving the claim along in an optimal fashion. But Kimberly was always timely in her response, exceptionally courteous on every call!

The check for water damage is reasonable. However the fact that your adjuster didn't agree with hail damage is not reasonable. However the fact that your adjuster didn't agree with hail damage is not reasonable. There are at least 65 roof tiles that are either cracked on the corners or across the middle which I put back together with roof cement and fiber glass under layment. I did not contact homeowners and paid a roofer 2200.00 to repair the leaks. In May of 2018 I have a video of hail the size of marbles coming down. Since I didn't have a leak then I didn't check the roof until December 2019 when my roof started to leak in the main bathroom, study and garage areas. My roof is grey monier tile which is now discontinued. A new tile roof is at least 30,000 to replace. King Solomon always said a solution can be achieved by splitting the cost 50/50...that is 15000 less my deductible is 12,000. show less
