Hello! I'm satisfied with the handling of my claim. This is the second time it happens in twelve years. I guess the only downside of this, is that I always been hit with the deditoble. The first claim the neighbor insurance did not accept any liability and I ended up paying the extra $1000 for the repairs and this time again the deductible decreased the total payment. I guess I need to revise my policy and get a better coverage with less deductible, any suggestions? Thank you Ronald for your help. show less
