The person who went out to my home to view damage was a bit gruff on the phone and demanding. The adjuster was good but I wish I had have felt a bit more sympathy from her. She gave me good info but only as much as I asked.All and all the claim went well. Thank you! I highly appreciate the speed in which everything happened.

Your adjuster quoted the repair so low, I couldn't even afford to pay a child to repair the roof. Sadly this is a common practice ins. companies estimates are very low when writing a check to the customer, but when something is repaired through their "certified" shops/companies, the adjusters price goes up to pay their "certified" shops/companies.

The only problem I believe my damage was more than 5,000.00. My damages should at least be $8,100. Due the damages satisfy with company with company but not with the amount.
