Many thanks to Alan who handled my claim in a professional manner and expedited the claim process. Also, Robert who was the adjuster who came out to my home completely professional and courteous and even answered all my questions and put my mind at ease. Thank you both.

The person who went out to my home to view damage was a bit gruff on the phone and demanding. The adjuster was good but I wish I had have felt a bit more sympathy from her. She gave me good info but only as much as I asked.All and all the claim went well. Thank you! I highly appreciate the speed in which everything happened.

Your adjuster quoted the repair so low, I couldn't even afford to pay a child to repair the roof. Sadly this is a common practice ins. companies estimates are very low when writing a check to the customer, but when something is repaired through their "certified" shops/companies, the adjusters price goes up to pay their "certified" shops/companies.

Process was smooth and easy to follow. The adjuster was very professional.

The only problem I believe my damage was more than 5,000.00. My damages should at least be $8,100. Due the damages satisfy with company with company but not with the amount.
