Ann was great but there were times when I wished I could have talked to her rather than leave a voicemail or an email. Going through what I did was very emotionally draining and having a conversation at times like that is important. But I understand you don't want your agents to be therapists.

Only issue was the deductible was not included in the original calculation and had to be recalculated and an additional short delay happened to get full reimbursement. Otherwise representative was very personable and kind in a moment of need.

I had had on two occasions ask for documentation more than once. I have had my roof looked at twice with two different conclusions. Neither is to my satisfaction. I have asked twice (so far) for the inspectors report and have not received it. When I call Stillwater I never get a person to assist me, I always get voice mail. This claim has been going nowhere for almost a year.
Our response: We contacted our policyholder and offered to have an engineer inspect the damage again to determine the cause and extent since he disagreed with our assessment. That inspection has been scheduled.

Alexis was our Stillwater Claim rep, Alexis is a really good communicator and kept me in the loop as the claim worked thru the process. Our claim is a subrogation claim and we are now working with Kyle to finalize and retrieve our $500.00 deductible, Alexis was wonderful to work with and handled our claim efficiently, now it is up to Kyle and the subrogation unit to finish.
