The response time on emails is delayed by 2 to 3 days and thats too long! My insurance agent told me my deductible was $500.00 and when I filed my claim the adjuster stated it was $1,000.00. Not a good experience.

Jacob did a great job of explaining coverage details on both cover and excluded property - While I disagree with Stillwater's position on the excluded parts, Jacob was transparent with the likely outcome of the coverage determination and was more than accommodating with regards to scan documents given the current pandemic.
