Doesn't return phone calls.

Five weeks to process the claim and to get a hold of the adjuster took 2 weeks just to talk to him. This is an open and shut claim and should not have taken so long.

I was switched from one adjuster to another. No one notified me. I had to call in repeatedly to get information which wasn't always correct. Ultimately, I'd say it was a frustrating experience - but it did finally get worked out which I do appreciate.

Damages to this day is not complete and the check that was sent only completed half of the damage.

Categorically the worst insurance claim process ever. My husband and I have never been treated with less respect and have never had such a problem making an insurance claim. To make matters worse, your field adjuster low balled our project to just under $11K but it actually cost us $18K. You are the worst insurance company ever! Auto and home! The worst! You are fired!

This was not the case with Stillwater. I was made to feel like an adversary. $8891.73 was deducted from the cost of what you believed the cost of a new roof would be. I am a senior citizen and this shortfall forced me to take a reverse mortgage to just put a new roof on our home.
