I'm very impressed with Stillwater. I can't believe how quickly I received all that I needed in a first-time claim. Dropped coverage due to terrible experience. Alexis was great. Ciara could not have cared less about my claim and lack of AC.
Our response: A supervisor contacted our policyholder and had an in depth conversation with the insured to explain the insurance policy in detail as well as policy coverages and the deductible. To date, Stillwater has paid what was owed for this claim.
